Quality Inn Terre Haute University Area

The staff were pleasant and courteous all the time. I loved the room for the kids to run, the bed was very comfy.

This hotel was exceptionally comfortable and I would come here again. The entire property was fairly clean and the room was big. The hotel had indeed an excellent and perfect location in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was near Terre Haute, and Indiana. Everyone was very very helpful and exceptionally nice. The food provided for breakfast was great.

We reserved a nonsmoking room and when we walked in; the smell of cigarette hit you in the face every time. We went to buy febreeze it was so bad! Not to mention the pillows were awful, where there was supposed to be a microwave and refrigerator were large gaping holes in the tv stand- I know this because we went to my parents room and their room was fully in tact with these items.

Its staff was amicable and polite.

The staff displayed a high level of kindness throughout our stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, nice for a restful night.

The main entrance looks better than before, but the interior still feels outdated.

The pool was closed, only 2 perimeter doors worked, it was very dark in the halls, the lighting in the room was dark

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean, well-maintained common areas of the hotel. The lobby was inviting, and the staff were great.

Improved accessibility features for seniors would be great.

The room was in need of cosmetic repairs e. g. Bathroom wall had holes and cracked Sheetrock. Overall The hotel looks like it has never been refurbished since it was built. Very dingy looking.

The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. Your staff was also very friendly.

The elevator was a problem

The staff were super friendly and helped me find my lost bracelet😊 the air conditioning struggled to keep my room cool .

Only 1 elevator worked and it had issues as well. Some of the exterior doors had no locks on them, just a sign saying use other door. Ants in the bathroom on the 4th floor. Only sheer drapes so bright light from business signs across street came in the room. Wi-Fi might as well have been non-existent, signal constantly dropped.

I checked into Quality Inn for a short stay and found the process smooth. The front desk staff were friendly and cute. The room I got had new wood flooring. The bed felt comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious layout. The bathroom showed signs of neglect. The fixtures felt worn and could use a refresh. The breakfast selection was decent but lacked some healthy options. I also noticed the hallways needed better lighting, as they felt a bit dark and uninviting. For what I paid, it was a reasonable stay, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and updates would enhance the experience significantly.
